Upgrading Armor & Death penalty
Well ... at first.. i didn't understand why there is a (-35) of healt while attactch Runes to my amor.. As we can see, we tried hard to collect enought money and crafting items by completing quest and selling items, even from foe... But when we try to make our amor even stronger with runes... it goes -35 & -75 from our total healt..my healt is around 400 and by attech 3 runes which i baught from rune traders to my amor... it became 300.. i understand that NPC is trying to "balance" the game but does atteching runes really make me stronger?? Now that i can't bear the weight of my amor which i personally crafted.. cause the runes is taking away 105 (that's 1/4) from my total health...
secondly.. the death panalty is too high... once i get"kick" by strong foe in the middle to complete a quest...i won't be able to continue to make that quest because of the high percentage of death penalty... i will have to go back to nearest town to do it all over again

superior runes does make you "stronger" as the skills will be slightly better, most use only one superior rune and the rest minor
If you have -60% death penalty your health will be low true. Try and do the quest with perhaps a bit more caution next time? I don't think the DP is too high
And they changed the major runes from -50 to -35 health.
No need to change these in my oppinion

My only tip to you; don't use any runes over minor if you don't know how to use skills to compensate for the lower max hp. Most quests can be done at a grind with a max of 60 dp. Frankly; you should just try not to die so much. If you die more than three times I'd say you're in the wrong party. In any case you should probably stock up on candy canes when Winter's Day rolls around.

dp are fine with me ,
plus you dont need putting all those runes on your armor, just put the minor and one superior or 2 major. they arent very needed. you can end the game easly even without rune

If your going to use a sup rune which takes health away, then only use ONE.
And as mentioned, only do it when you have max armor and gear and enough experience to compensate for the lower health.
My ele has sup fire in one set of 15k and sup energy in the other.
But all the way through the game I only ever used minor runes until I knew what I was doing and I could keep myself alive.
Plus I have sup health to compensate a bit.

You only need one sup rune, or two major runes, no more.

Answer: Yes. I hope you know that by attaching a minor rune over any major or superior, it will replace that rune.
